Refund Policy

This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which QuantoQube (“the Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) processes refunds for services provided. By engaging with our services, clients (“you” or “your”) agree to the terms stated below.

2. Service-Based Nature

QuantoQube provides customized IT solutions, including software development, cloud services, and cybersecurity. Due to the personalized nature of these services, refunds are generally not issued once a project has commenced or deliverables have been provided.

3. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

• The service has not yet started, and cancellation is requested within 7 days of payment.

• A technical or operational issue prevents service delivery, and the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe.

• Duplicate or erroneous payments made due to a billing error.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Completed or partially completed projects.

• Delays caused by client-side inaction, lack of communication, or failure to provide required information.

• Change of mind after project initiation.

• Third-party service fees or subscriptions purchased on behalf of the client.

5. Refund Process

Eligible refund requests must be submitted in writing to md@quantoqube.com within 14 days of the payment date. Once approved, refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days using the original payment method.

6. Project Cancellation

If a project is canceled by the client after initiation, charges will apply for work completed up to the cancellation date. Any remaining balance after deductions may be refunded at the Company’s discretion.

7. Dispute Resolution

In case of any disagreement regarding payments or refunds, both parties agree to attempt resolution through direct communication before pursuing legal or third-party action.

8. Policy Updates

QuantoQube reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
